PHP December 2021: Work-Life Balance
Webinar Series
Webinar Information:
How do we integrate our work into life stability and resilience? We usually call it “work-life balance” but perhaps it should be “life-work balance.” According to Milena Regos, Founder of “Unhustle”, “We need to fit our work into our lives, instead of the other way around.” Is work a manageable portion of your life, or does it control your life all the way around? What if “life-work balance” is never achieved, but instead re-balanced daily, as life unfolds? Without addressing our holistic health, it’s unlikely we can fully help others in our personal or professional lives.
In this webinar, we will discuss the challenges of addressing our wellbeing, focusing on taking life as it comes, not as a destination to reach. We will evaluate the issues and discuss healing behaviors. These include meditation, mindfulness, healthy diet and nutrition, sleep, leisure, and recreation. Wherever you are in balancing life and work, you will leave refreshed, knowing that solutions are not as complicated as we often believe and that the pursuit of perfection gets in the way of a more achievable and realistic notion of progress.
