In-Person Event: April 27, 2022 at 10 am PST; Reno, Nevada
Participants will have the option to attend the 2022 Northern Nevada County Health Rankings virtually through a live stream.
The County Health Rankings, a program of the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, measures the health of nearly all counties in the nation and ranks them within states. The Rankings are compiled using county-level measures from a variety of national and state data sources. These measures are standardized and combined using scientifically-informed weights.
The Northern Nevada County Health Rankings event, led by Dr. John Packham, will take a deep dive into the County Health Rankings for Northern Nevada, discussing public health successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
