The Cultural Competency Training will include 3 live sessions on January 11, 12, & 13, 2021 from 2 PM- 5 AM PST. Participants must attend all 3 days to receive a completion certificate. 

To join the live session, please enroll in the course before 7 am PST on the first day of the training. 

Learning Objectives:

  1. Develop a foundational understanding of bias in healthcare
  2. Develop a basic understanding of social identity 
  3. Use a critical eye to focus on health inequities 
  4. Recognize the importance of social determinants of health 
  5. Develop an action plan about how to adapt any environment into a welcoming and safe place

Target Audience:

  • Employees at licensed healthcare facilities
  • Healthcare providers
